Rotary Kiln Overview:

1. As equipment for producing building materials, rotary kiln can be divided into cement kiln, metallurgical chemical kiln and lime kiln.

2. Cement rotary kiln is mainly used for calcining cement clinker including dry and wet production.

3. Metallurgical kiln is mainly used for the magnetization roasting of low grade iron ore in metallurgical industry; Oxidative roasting of chromium and nickel iron ore;Refractory materials plant calcined high alumina vanadium soil ore and aluminum plant roasting clinker,

aluminum hydroxide; Chemical factory calcined chromium ore and chromium ore powder and other minerals.

4. Lime kilns (i.e. active lime kilns) are used for roasting active lime used by Steel and ferroalloy plant and light burnt of dolomite.

Performance characteristics

1.cylinder controlled: rotary kiln cylinder is made of high quality killed steel sheet, cylinder by belting leather in 2 ~ 7 against sliding bearing supporting device,and in one or a few bearing block device is equipped with mechanical or hydraulic gear wheel, which is easy for clients  flexibly control cylinder axial channeling.

2.Easy maintenance and installation: A larger rotary kiln, equipped with an auxiliary driving device that can rotate the tube at a low speed, to meet the needs of installation and maintenance.

3. Flexible rotation speed: the transmission device is rotating at the required speed through the gear ring in the middle of the cylinder.

4. Good sealing performance: in order to prevent cold air entering and flue gas dust overflowing cylinder, reliable kiln tail and kiln head sealing device are provided in the feeding end (tail) of the cylinder and the feeding end (head).
